The classes below are for adults. For the Kids Cook! program, please watch for updates .
Classes cover a wide culinary curriculum, from basic techniques to intriguing ethnic cuisine. All classes are taught by professional chefs, and are a combination of hands-on and demonstration. Students will enjoy the convivial mood and social interaction in addition to the culinary instruction, but the best part of all is always the tasting!

A minimum of 5 participants must be registered for class to proceed. A max of 8 participants allowed in each class. SIGN UP TODAY!

SPRING 2008 PROGRAMS

Professional chefs teach a combination of hands-on and demonstration classes. Held in the Mansion’s newly remodeled catering kitchen on weekday evenings, from 7-9:30 pm, each class costs $55 for Oak Park residents and $70 for non-residents.
