PoolPass Registration Procedures

The Polar Bear Pool Pass Sale Season runs from March 1 through May 3. During this time you can purchase a pool and/or rink season pass at a discounted rate.

Pass Renewal Process

Pool passes can be renewed using “Weby,” the online registration system, by fax, mail-in or in-person. A renewal is defined as anyone who purchased a 2007 pool season pass. If you are purchasing a different household type of pool pass (increasing or decreasing the number of family members in your household), you are considered a new pass purchaser. See below for details. For those who renew pool passes online, by fax or mail-in, you can pick-up your pool pass at Ridgeland Common Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm beginning May 3. A redesigned pass will be issued this year. There is no need to get your picture retaken but you will need to pick up the new passes. If you are an Oak Park resident, proof of residency will be required when picking up your pool pass including a driver’s license, state ID, telephone bill (cell phone bills will not be accepted), voters registration card, vehicle registration card or Village of Oak Park vehicle sticker receipt. To avoid long lines purchase and pick-up your pool season pass at Ridgeland Common before the pools open.

New Pass Purchase Process

If you did not purchase a pool pass for the 2007 season, you are considered a new pass holder. New passes can be purchased in-person at Ridgeland Common, 415 Lake Street or the Hedges Administrative Center , 218 Madison Street . They can also be purchased via fax to Ridgeland Common at 708.848.9682 or Hedges Administrative Center at 708.383.5702. Additionally, passes can be purchased via mail-in registration to Hedges Administrative Center only. New pool passes cannot be purchased over the telephone or using “Weby,” the Park District’s online registration system. If you are an Oak Park resident purchasing your pass in-person, you are required to show a driver’s license, state ID, telephone bill (cell phone bills will not be accepted), voters registration card, vehicle registration card or Village of Oak Park vehicle sticker receipt in order to receive the resident discount. For those registering via fax or mail-in, the Park District will attempt to verify residency using an alternative source but you may be contacted to show proof of residency in person. Pool passes can be picked-up at Ridgeland Common Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm beginning May 3. To avoid long lines purchase and pick-up your pool season pass at Ridgeland Common before the pools open.
