Carroll Park
The Park District of Oak Park’s Phase 1 renovation of Carroll Park, in cooperation with Elementary School District 97, includes a new playground area for ages 5 and up, a new path from the Harvard Street entrance leading to the playground, and new lighting and landscaping. Additionally, in coordination with the Village of Oak Park’s water main replacement project on south Kenilworth Avenue from Roosevelt Road to Harvard Street, the cul-de-sac at Carroll Park was rotated 90 degrees to the southeast to gain more play space. The new playground at Lincoln School/Carroll Park opened on Monday, September 24, 2007.

Thank you for your patience during the Carroll Park renovation. We hope you enjoy your new park features!
